This 6,000 SF tenant improvement hospital features integrated, state-of-the-art veterinary medical technology. The project reflects the Owner’s dream to establish a premier veterinary hospital in an existing shopping center to serve the needs of the local community.
The floor plan functions as a general practice within a master plan designed to expand over time into adjoining suites. A large, see-through saltwater aquarium in the client waiting area (surrounded by built-in seating) provides amusement for the cats in the cattery directly behind it.
The Treatment Area is centrally located for visual monitoring over all related functions. A central island workstation contains twin “utility” towers serving both the wet and dry tables.

| "I wanted to take this opportunity to formally thank you for all your efforts throughout the course of designing and constructing the Alicia Pet Care Center. It was my desire to design a hospital that would provide a comfortable experience for my staff, my clients and the patients; and I believe that is what we accomplished. Having worked at over 50 veterinary hospitals as a relief doctor allowed me to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each facility. When it came to designing my own hospital, I selected you after working in several of your earlier hospitals. Working with an architect with your experience enabled me to bring my dream hospital to life.
I needed to move to a new facility to accommodate the growth we were experiencing and to have our hospital more closely reflect our high level of care. You listened to what we needed and wanted and designed our facility to meet our objectives. This facility is an efficient, comfortable, and professional looking veterinary hospital, offering as much boarding as our space allowed. The “twin towers” treatment table feature is not only visually stunning, but is the most efficient treatment area I have ever worked with. Obstacles do come up and we did face many challenges with the property manager’s team; I am happy to say that your team was on top of things and we passed every single inspection with the city on the first attempt. Overall, this was a rewarding experience and I am glad to have worked with you." |
