   T.H.E. Cat Hospital of Irvine – Irvine, CA

This 5,750 SF project involved design services for tenant improvements for a specialty, state-of-the-art feline healthcare facility featuring advanced medicine for feline health issues associated with Feline Aids (FIV), Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), hypertension, hyperthyroidism, aging, and obesity. In addition to feline healthcare, the facility also includes kitten adoption areas, grooming, and a "bed and breakfast" cattery.
