The doctors at Lewiston Veterinary Hospital decided to build a new facility because overcrowding in their previous hospital was beginning to interfere in their ability to work efficiently and effectively.
rfa designed a compact, yet highly spacious 7,000 SF hospital with a residential scaled exterior, that reflects the traditional New England architecture of the area.
The interior includes a large Reception Area with separate feline and canine Waiting Areas, five Exam Rooms, four Treatment Tables, two Surgery Tables and a variety of new integrated profit centers. A Resident Living Unit is located on the Second Floor.

| "rfa created a truly inspirational working environment for both our staff and our clients. Their vision and guidance enabled us to introduce new profit centers, without compromising the professionalism for our hospital. And they were able to keep the construction costs well within our budget, too." |
