After extensive research, two young veterinarians (who were married during the Schematic Design Phase of this project) located an authentic, 17th-century colonial house in the exact area that they wanted to begin their new practice. A primary design objective was to retain the architectural integrity of the existing building while creating a major addition. Reminiscent of the House of Seven Gables in Salem, Massachusetts, this 5,360 SF facility provides full veterinary services on the first floor. The second floor contains administrative offices and the third floor contains storage for the hospital.

"Warren adheres to the highest standards of professionalism. He strives for perfection, pays exceptional attention to detail, and takes great pride in his work. His unique experience and specialization in veterinary architecture had offered us insight into hospital design planning we do not think we could have achieved with any other architect. We were always very impressed with Warren's accessibility. He always made himself available when we needed him. We could always count on him to provide guidance through the various stages of what can be a very stressful undertaking."
