Located on a long strip of land on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, Florida, this new state-of-the-art hospital will serve the entire Panama City area in Florida's panhandle. The Project is designed to be built in two phases. Phase One (approximately 7,500 SF) includes a full-service hospital plus boarding, grooming and retail facilities. Phase Two (approximately 3,500 SF) will include additional boarding runs plus a second floor containing doctors' offices, administrative space, a conference room, and a resident apartment for a staff member. |
