This 4,400 SF project's scope of work included full design services for a new veterinary hospital that would replace an outdated facility on the same site. This project required the existing facility to operate while the new facility was being built. A temporary certificate of occupancy was permitted which allowed the hospital to transfer operations to the new facility to minimize business disruption during the construction of the new adjoining parking lot. |
