Located directly alongside one of the busiest retail shopping routes in eastern Massachusetts, the original Wellesley-Natick Veterinary Hospital started out as a small single-family house that was virtually unnoticed by passing motorists. After the new hospital was built, it soon became a landmark that people now often refer to when giving directions. The building is actually two facilities in one; the hospital is on the left side and a boarding and grooming facility is on the right. On the second floor, above the hospital, is a handsome one-bedroom apartment, and above the boarding component is a training and obedience school.
