SEAACA is a joint powers authority, which serves animal control for 12 surrounding cities in the Los Angeles County area. This 15,000 SF facility was extensively remodeled to accommodate new administrative, adoption, animal control and veterinary functions. The project required seismic upgrades to the existing structure. An Implementation Plan enabled phased construction to maintain existing functions during construction. |
