This three-story 8,000 SF office building was designed to present a strong professional image for an expanding ophthalmology practice. Its overall form and exterior metal panels distinguish the structure as a bold and contemporary architectural statement, yet the building retains the scale of the surrounding neighborhood, which is mixed residential and commercial. The building occupies a steeply sloping site, with two stories facing the street and three stories facing the rear parking lot. The facility was planned as the first phase of a larger two-phase development that will nearly double the size of Phase 1 in order to house additional medical practices.
