Anchoring the Maine Mall suburban retail complex, this 210-seat facility was designed as a daytime family restaurant that also provides evening entertainment and dancing for a younger singles clientele. Around the centrally located cocktail bar (which is the central focus of the restaurant) a variety of seating configurations are arranged on richly detailed wooden terraces in alcove, banquet and individual table settings. The earth tones and high-tech lighting accents provide a warm, colorful and up-beat environment that is comfortable and memorable enough to attract patrons for repeat visits. This restaurant was designed as a prototype for future locations.
